Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this new photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying various areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
